What We’re Hearing
“We have had the hardest time finding a “plus sized” prom dresses for a normal sized, athletic girl! The previous day, we went to 9 stores and only found 3 dresses to try on, that she would even consider wearing. Today, we stopped in Glamour Gowns expecting maybe more of the same but it ended up being the best shopping experience we’ve ever had! The ladies were so helpful and personable. They had a good selection and even pushed our daughter to try dresses she maybe wouldn’t have considered to begin with. We ended up leaving with 2 dresses that were perfect and she got to have the prom dress shopping experience that she should have had all along! I cannot recommend them enough! (Also, don’t sleep on bridesmaid dresses for prom – you might be pleasantly surprised by what you find!)“
